Terms & Conditions
The rules for using this website and working with us.
Last updated 5 October 2026
01About these terms
This website is operated by Inoventra Technologies FZE LLC (“Inoventra”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 2623318528888. Our registered address is CWS-1V-228794, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
You can reach us at inoventra2026@outlook.com.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services you buy from us. By using the website or engaging us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Where we sign a separate written agreement, statement of work or publishing agreement with you, that document takes priority over these terms if the two conflict.
02Definitions
- Client means the person or business that engages us for services.
- Services means the work described in a proposal, quotation or agreement we issue.
- Deliverables means anything we hand over as part of the Services, including software configuration, documentation and reports.
- Website means this site and all of its pages.
03Using the website
You may browse the website for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, malware or any harmful code;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the website without our written permission;
- use the website to send unsolicited advertising or to impersonate any person.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
04Quotations and engagement
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. A project starts only after the Client accepts the proposal in writing (email is enough) and, where requested, pays any deposit.
The scope of work is limited to what is written in the accepted proposal. Additional requests are handled as change requests and may change the price and timeline. We will tell you before any extra cost is incurred.
Timelines are estimates made in good faith. They depend on the Client providing access, information and approvals on time.
05Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to systems, premises and staff needed for the work.
- Hold valid licences for any third-party software you ask us to install, unless we supply them under the proposal.
- Keep your own backups of data before work begins, unless backup is part of the Services.
- Review Deliverables within 10 working days of handover and tell us of any defects in writing.
06Fees and payment
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) or US Dollars (USD) as stated on the quotation and exclude VAT or other taxes, which are added where applicable.
Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Monthly support is billed in advance. We may pause work on any account with invoices more than 30 days overdue, after giving written notice.
07Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
On full payment, the Client owns the Deliverables created specifically for them. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and grant the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use any of them included in the Deliverables. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence terms.
08Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any non-public information it receives from the other and use it only for the engagement. This does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law.
09Warranties
We will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care, in line with good industry practice. If a Deliverable does not match the agreed specification and you tell us within 30 days of handover, we will fix it at no extra cost.
Except as stated here, the website and its content are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
11Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party sites, and our work may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways or app stores. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
12Termination
Either party may end an engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Either party may end it immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 14 days of notice. The Client pays for work completed up to the termination date.
13Events outside our control
Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages of third-party infrastructure, government action or strikes.
14Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails within 30 days, the courts of the Emirate of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies from the date it is posted. Changes do not affect engagements already signed.
